About
The methodology running your migration — I helped write it.
I spent twelve years at SAP America as a Platinum Consultant, leading the North America OS/DB Migration practice during the years the methodology itself was being built. I was part of the founding NZDT group in North America, worked directly with the developers who wrote the core migration tools, and helped develop the SAP certification exams that tested OS/DB migration competency. The processes that SUM with DMO orchestrates today are processes I ran manually before the orchestration layer existed.
That foundation means I understand what is happening under the GUI — not just what the status bar says. When a migration stalls at 2am, I am not reading logs trying to determine what went wrong. I know what the tool is doing, and I know how to recover it.
Today I am the sole SAP technical resource for a 55,000+ employee, multi-state healthcare system — owning production SAP HANA infrastructure, high availability, and a BusinessObjects environment end-to-end in a HIPAA-regulated environment. I am independently pursuing SAP Certified — S/4HANA System Conversion and TOGAF 10 certification, on my own time, to bridge two decades of delivery experience with current architectural practice.
